Very Focused

Grayson has entered the phase where he wants to read the same books, sing the same songs and watch the same video over and over and over again. Michael and I find ourselves singing the volcano song from Backyardigans and we realize it's time for a change.

Right now, Gray can't get enough of:
  • Christmas songs (specifically Jingle Bells and Santa Claus is Coming to Town)
  • The Legend of the Volcano Sisters episode of Backyardigans
  • The Charlie Brown Christmas book, "I Stink" (a book narrated by a NYC garbage truck) and a book about the weather
  • Chewy fruit snacks (it's all he would eat if we'd let him)
He's also started "sneaking" snacks out of the kitchen. He goes in there and tries to be quiet, but the funny thing is he's sneaking cherry tomatoes like they are candy. I think he's going through a growth spurt because I can't seem to keep him full. I made the mistake of putting some M&Ms out in an Easter decoration and quickly learned they were still in his reach.
